Future affordable homes in Aylesbury
This year a brick laying ceremony marked the start of one of our new developments at the heart of the South Court Estate in Aylesbury. We’re committed to reducing our impact on the environment and helping residents choose more sustainable lifestyles. As a result, these 20 flats and four houses will have electric heating and electric car chargers available for all residents; plus local shops are a short walk away, with the town centre and railway station within walking distance also.
We hope to welcome families to their new homes in spring 2025.
