Total benefits secured for residents through our Welfare support team

We saw a drop in the number of households accessing welfare support which we believe is more likely a return to ‘normal’; last year’s figures were unprecedented. However, we have seen a ‘per case’ increase from £2,500 to £3,600 which indicates that cases are getting more complex and as the number of cases return to a more manageable workload we’re also able to give more in-depth support.
