We’re seeing an improvement we know we still have work to do. Keeping residents informed on progress of work and effective communication with residents are key priorities for us.

Overall satisfaction

We saw an improvement over the last half of the year; dissatisfaction related to repairs waiting times, a back-log of repairs and challenges with grounds maintenance. We worked hard to complete outstanding jobs, as well as new repairs, which helped to improve repairs satisfaction. Challenges around grounds maintenance were addressed direct with the contractor and we saw more positive feedback as a result.
