Encourage residents to access services independently

By increasing or improving our digital platforms, many tenants are now able to access our services 24/7. We are continuing to promote My Homehub and web-based tools to existing and new tenants.

This enables us to dedicate more resources for those tenants who are currently digitally excluded. A new pilot project is underway to provide digital access to all of our tenants in two independent living schemes (Chandos and Bankside) in their homes and in the communal area.

Provide high quality services, shaped according to need

The information obtained from our Residents Forum, scrutiny groups, surveys, and the tenant satisfaction measures, in combination with the outcomes and suggested improvements from complaints, are used to ensure individual teams and our contractors continue to provide a high quality service.

We provide an array of services and adaptations to assist our residents who require additional support. This year the target is to increase the number of tenants that receive support from our Additional Housing Management service by 100.

How we’re supporting our residents and local communities

We successfully bid for funding to upgrade the worst performing homes investing a total of £5.6M over the next two years, but is doesn’t stop there, over the next seven years we’re looking to improve just under 30% of our homes, protecting the environment and ensuring residents homes’ have a good standard of energy performance.

We consistently provide safe and well maintained housing and we know this as it is continually measured and reported on monthly. Where an area falls below a 100% compliant level, measures are introduced to rectify it as soon as possible.
